An ideal prefabricated house, the Model M provides an optimal balance between space and functionality. It’s the perfect choice for either a quick getaway or a long-term home—offering all the amenities for permanent living with a smaller environmental impact and reduced outlay. Expanding on Model S range, these prefabricated houses offer a 2nd floor, as well as the extra option of an open ceiling.

This range starts at 53,000 EUR and 59 SQM and comes in a total of 3 different layouts & sizes. In addition to the size & layout options, details like roof and wood colours are also fully customizable, giving you the freedom to add a personal touch to your new home.

Each of our Model M prefabricated houses includes structural, exterior, and interior components. They are customized and manufactured in our factory, before shipping to your construction site ahead of assembly. In addition to manufacturing and shipping these materials, we will also provide you with all the documentation required to secure a building permit from your local authorities.

Once the process of building the house has been completed, it’s time for you to further personalize your new home by selecting interior finishings such as flooring, tiling, and furniture. (Please be aware that the interior finishings are not included in the prices listed above).
