These tiny houses offer compact living quarters, maximizing utility while minimizing environmental footprint and project costs. The Model S range is ideal for cozy living, while also including all the same essential features as our larger models.

What these tiny houses include
Each Model S house consists of structural, exterior, and interior components, which we customize in our factory and assemble at your construction site. We also provide all the documentation necessary for you to obtain a building permit from the local authorities.
